StudyReach is a long-term project we’ve been working on at AECC Global. We designed their internal tools to help agents manage student applications. This is a summary of the screens we’ve created in collaboration with project managers.
Dashboard
The dashboard helps agents track the status and progress of their students' applications. The previous version lacked sufficient context. The revamped dashboard provides an overview with a stacked bar chart displaying total applications. Agents can immediately see application progress and recent applications.
Students
A list of all the students that an agent is managing is kept simple and easy to use. Agents can use straightforward filters and search functions to find their students quickly. When viewing a student, agents have access to comprehensive information, including all applications submitted and the documents provided by the student.
Applications
The goal of the application details page is to help agents track the student's application progress and status. The amount of information on the page can be overwhelming. To simplify, we organize the information and interactions using tab.
Search
When user first use search, we provided suggestions of courses, universities and destinations that match the selected student they are looking for a course, it immediate provide result based on information provided by student.
Search Result
To provide user control when using search, we provided a multiple search result, in order to for them to see all the results where we show first the most relevant result and they have an option to expand the result if needed.
University Page
The university page is one of the most important pages for agents. We designed it to be easy to read, compact, and to retain all essential information, guiding agents in making informed decisions
Takeaway
Working with StudyReach and AECC was a great experience that enhanced my ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various project managers. During this time, I honed my skills in designing design systems, interaction design, and working within an agile methodology.
